Focus Treatment for Postural Pain Relief
and Office Syndromes Issues

Following the city's demolition of my previous downtown commercial rental at 78 Rue Hotel de Ville, I have officially transitioned to a private home studio here in Gatineau, just a 10-minute drive from where I was.

This studio is my personal living space, so for safety and peace of mind, I operate strictly by advanced online booking. I don't take walk-ins, and I don't manage the schedule over phone calls, texts, or emails. Everything is laid out transparently on my live calendar 24/7 so you can check openings and book easily whenever you have a free moment.

Please don't assume I am booked solid for weeks out, feel free to check the calendar first—direct experience is everything.

Because my work is highly specialized and demands a massive amount of physical and energetic output, I choose to limit my practice to a maximum of 3 clients per day.

Over a decade in this profession since 2014, I’ve learned that 3 sessions a day is the absolute limit for delivering true, high-quality corrective bodywork. Beyond that, the healing energy fades—which would make me feel dishonest to my craft and my own self-respect. That is exactly why I never go beyond 3 sessions each day.

I operate daily—including weekends—to hold space for busy professionals who are dealing with chronic pain but cannot step away during standard working hours.

Let's be realistic: my work isn't for everyone. Some people are just looking for a gentle rubdown to ease light stress at a cheap corporate rate, and that is completely okay when you do not have complex, chronic issues.

But when I work, I do not just rub your skin. I scan your body with my hands to locate deep, hidden knots you might not even realize you are carrying. I work on those structural issues directly, even if you just wanted to relax, sleep, and snore on my table that day.

Most people seek out my strong hands because they are tired of living in pain. Once we put that chronic pain at ease, we then focus on deep relaxation or shorter maintenance sessions to keep your body balanced.

I put my absolute all into whatever I do. This dedication was ingrained in me by my Thai-Chinese parents, and I cannot change that—nor do I ever want to compromise my values.

Consequently, I will never rush your session or pressure you into aggressive treatment packages. You direct your own healing journey, and I completely respect your right to decide what aligns with your body.

When you are in intense pain, the corporate healthcare system can feel like a loop of endless visits, agonizing wait times, and wasted resources just to get basic care. While my fee reflects a premium service, it usually takes only a few focused sessions to see profound change. Though the exact pace always depends on how many years those issues have been locked inside your tissue.

My expertise is an investment, not a commodity. It saves you invaluable time and the intense mental fatigue of waiting to reclaim your livelihood. Time is expensive; do not give it to minds that do not respect yours. Knowledge and honesty are costly; do not simply give them away to individuals who fail to value your worth.

To honor your investment, my session timer starts the exact moment my hands touch your body, not when you walk through my door. If your deep muscle tissue needs an extra 5 or 10 minutes to properly finish the corrective work, I routinely extend the session at no extra charge for my own good karma. Every single treatment is custom-tailored to your exact physical needs. But how long we can work together as a team depends entirely on your mindset and approach over time.

I open my space to anyone seeking genuine healing. But because I pour so much of myself into this healing journey, a foundation of mutual respect is exactly what keeps our partnership going over time.

Reaching this level of skillset took a decade of intense focus, patience, and overcoming steep personal hardships, aches, and pains. Because of that fire, I know the exact value of my time and energy, and I choose to stand firmly in that space. I do not tolerate entitlement, nor will I ever allow anyone to mistake my kind nature for weakness. My work is strictly reserved for those who value depth and dedication.

My philosophy is simple: Do no harm, but take no hit. It is rooted in realism, raw honesty, and a deep understanding of mental well-being—not just physical health or external wealth.

We all choose to invest our time, energy, and money exactly where we see fit. Whether you prefer a fast pace to sustain your daily life or seek a slow, restorative experience, I hold no judgment. Do what makes you happy, and be where you want to be.

At this stage in my life, I simply choose to work with those who practice basic human decency. True healing requires positive alignment and peace of mind, and I am more than ready to let go of any energy that fails to serve that purpose. People know what they did. Their actions and their consequences are theirs alone to carry, not mine to claim ownership over.

All of this surely does not come from an egotistical place, but rather from an honest soul who has been vulnerable and kind one too many times—leaving her with no choice but to let go and let God.

Muscular Restoration for Pain Relief
If You Read This Page, You Probably In Pain Today

For years, I watched people walk across my path struggling with bad posture, chronic pain, and severe nerve issues—including myself. This personal experience is exactly why I dove deep into this ancient wisdom, traveling between Canada and Thailand to learn directly from master healers who have been practicing traditional Thai medical massage for over 30 to 40 years.

To be honest, any healing method—whether it is modern medication, surgery, or alternative practices—works differently on every single body canvas. What works wonders for one person might do absolutely nothing for you. It is just that simple, and Thai massage is no different. It is a deep, holistic spectrum that focuses on your body's main energy lines—which Indians call Prana, Chinese call Chi, and modern science calls inflammation. They are all the same shit with a different name and label in different timelines.

My approach focuses entirely on bringing you back into structural and biochemical balance, accelerating your natural homeostasis process—or balanced state of being—across all aspects of life: your body, your mind, and your spirit as well, if you are open to it.

When I work on your body, I combine advanced Thai medical massage, passive stretching techniques, and deep tissue compression to target more than 50 general ailments according to traditional Thai medicine. If you are struggling with severe office syndrome, a frozen shoulder that will not move, shooting sciatica pain, or bodily discomfort and tightness that stops you from sleeping soundly, I am here for that.

I specialize in advanced Thai medical massage, or Nuad Sen Boran, focusing heavily on postural tension, corrective deep tissue work, and traditional Thai relaxation massage. My clinical knowledge and technical know-how are specifically designed to correct posture, decompress tight joints, and restructure collagen compounds to restore your natural mobility.

Whether you are dealing with chronic muscle stiffness from head to toe, severe hand and wrist pain from repetitive mouse and mobile phone usage, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, Bladder and Bowel Dysfunction, or require dedicated prenatal care and specialized abdominal massage for reproductive or deep digestive issues—I am here to support your physical and mental strength.

I have been an active RMPQ member in good standing since 2014. I operate under rigorous professional guidelines to maintain the absolute highest standards of healthcare. This is why I have taken every necessary step to ensure that everyone who enters my space feels entirely safe, secure, and respected—including your family members or loved ones under your care, and my own. My healing does not just stop at physical health; it reaches far beyond the physicality of the individual.

My practice is built on long-term security, privacy, peace of mind, and calm execution. I do not participate in forced interactions, artificial urgency, and entitlement. If you feel called to share your time and energy with me, you can easily book online whenever you are ready. If not, we peacefully part ways with zero hard feelings.

Life is that simple. Protect your peace, your family, your core values, your time, your energy, and your hard-earned assets—and be happy.

The Core Principle of Thai Massage

My therapeutic approach is firm, direct, and purposeful. I map the ten main energy pathways (Sen) against the five physical elements to locate the root cause of your discomfort, assessing which bodily system requires alternative support. To help you understand this framework, I look at the body through these natural states, integrating this approach with my intuitive gifts of energy channeling, clairsentience, and claircognizance, which have been sharpened through years of dedicated meditation.

  • Earth: Governs the muscles, tissues, ligaments, tendons, joints, bones, organs, and skin. In ancient texts, imbalances here are the root cause of twenty specific ailments.

  • Water: Governs the vascular system, lymphatic system, hormones, and bodily fluids. Imbalances in this fluid system are tied to twelve distinct ailments.

  • Air (The Ether): Governs the respiratory system, circulation, nervous system, and internal bodily cavities. This movement of energy is linked to six core ailments.

  • Fire: Governs metabolism, digestion, body temperature, and the immune system. Imbalances in your internal fire cause four primary ailments.

  • Space: The quiet canvas where everything happens. Without space, there is no room for creation, movement, and healing.

If you are curious, I am always open to sharing this knowledge and insight with you during our time together.

Important Safety Note

Please note that Thai massage is not recommended for individuals with the following conditions:

Flu | Fever | Hypertension | Heart diseases | Contagious diseases | Skin diseases | Cancer | Diabetes | Nausea | Open wounds | High volume of blood loss or during heavy menstruation | Stroke and blood clots history | Gallstones | Deep Vein Thrombosis | Liver failure | Fatty liver | Hemophilia | Severe Osteoporosis | Scoliosis | Low bone density | Severe Platelet Deficiency | Autoimmune Flare-Ups | Meningitis | Cellulitis | Post‑Viral Fatigue Syndrome or Long Covid | Recent vaccination | Intoxication. Pregnancy in the first trimester, Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), and Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) should exercise extreme caution.

If you have a serious medical condition, please email me a recommendation letter from your physician approving massage therapy before your visit. I do not wish to put anyone—including myself and my family—at risk on the table for money.

If your health intake notes indicate a condition that makes the treatment unsafe or medically inadvisable for you, I will promptly decline the reservation for your safety. In these cases, a full 100% refund of your deposit will be issued automatically to your original card by our Square payment system.

After your session is done, remember to drink plenty of water, and eat more fruits and veggies. Let your urinary and excretory systems flush out bodily waste over the next few days. Rest deeply and let your growth hormones do their job during a dark night's sleep before booking your next visit.

If you are looking for a gentle yet deeply therapeutic experience, Thai Relaxation Massage shares similarities with Swedish and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi techniques. This practice gently traces the body’s natural energy pathways to stimulate the release of happy hormones, directly supporting your psychological and emotional well-being.

By combining deep, firm, long strokes with rhythmic kneading techniques, it is consciously designed to meet your mental and emotional needs, bringing your body, mind, and spirit into a state of ultimate balance and harmony.

An Evolution of Tradition

To respect and adapt to modern preferences, I have blended traditional Thai Ayurvedic medicine with contemporary therapeutic styles. This means your treatment is performed comfortably with premium oils on a massage table, rather than on a traditional floor mat.

For your safety and peace of mind, I do not practice aggressive techniques that involve sitting or putting full body weight on the receiver's back or spinal area. I believe in safe execution that deeply respects your skeletal structure and personal boundaries—making this treatment safe even for those with sensitive or undiagnosed bone and joint conditions.

Benefits for Body and Mind

This soothing treatment is dedicated to promoting your overall well-being. By lowering cortisol levels and encouraging happy hormones, it actively reduces stress, mental tension, and physical fatigue. Regular sessions help deepen sleep patterns, boost your natural immune system, and deeply nourish your skin with high-quality oils.

Thai Relaxation Massage is suitable for individuals of all ages who want to calm a busy mind and step outside the rush of daily life. It offers a profoundly different, deeply therapeutic experience that you will feel long after you leave the table.

When you are ready to step away from the rush of the world and reconnect with your inner balance, my hands, time, and energy are here to welcome you. You can book your session online whenever the time feels right on your journey.

My Roots And My Journey
There is No True Growth Without Actual Pain

As an immigrant who has been living here in Gatineau for almost two decades, I want to share my journey with you. When I studied massage therapy in Canada, I faced massive language barriers, unfamiliar social norms, rigorous standard requirements, and many setbacks. I had to navigate attitudes toward my humble beginnings and my appearance, all while raising two toddlers completely on my own as a single caregiver with no safety net.

In the classroom, things moved fast. Because English and French are not my mother tongue, my communication didn't feel "good enough" for many local individuals. Studying complex anatomical terms and the human body in a foreign language meant I couldn’t always pick up every single word or practice within their tight timeframes. Throughout the years, I faced steep physical, mental, psychological, and financial challenges because of how I looked and how I spoke to people from the outside looking in.

But I knew in my soul there was a much deeper dimension to this ancient practice. I didn't stop. I traveled between Canada and Thailand to find the true essence of traditional Thai massage, learning directly from master healers who have spent 30 to 40 years of their lives practicing this art. They have helped millions of people in places where modern science cannot reach. To be a real healer who helps people recover from deep physical and emotional trauma, I know I must continue to learn forever. What I know now might just be the surface layers of traditional Thai massage, but I have a massive passion to bring this deep ancient wisdom to Canada, to contribute to this society, and to be a decent human being for my community.

What Happens When I Approach Your Body

My personal approach is a unique culmination of years of training. I gained advanced techniques from great teachers in both Canada and Thailand. My work brings together advanced Thai medical massage, Thai warrior stretching, aroma oil relaxation, reflexology, abdominal stomach release, pelvic care, and reproductive health—including the traditional cupping therapy I learned and practiced within my own family. Through firsthand experience, I realized that receiving a Thai massage followed by cupping quickly releases excess fire elements and balances body temperature, accelerating the homeostasis process for a faster outcome.

When I approach your body, I don’t just rub or stretch you. I target the specific muscles and areas you overuse most in your daily routine. I listen to your muscle needs and the mitochondria—the battery power of your system. This is not a superficial rubdown just to pay my bills; I try to understand the body on the deepest layer to find what it actually needs to get to the root cause of pain.

Let's be realistic: it is a myth to believe that effective massage therapy doesn't involve discomfort. When you struggle with chronic pain and scar tissue, the pain is already living inside you. When my hands make contact with those areas, you will feel it. If you didn't, you wouldn't be investing in therapy to reclaim your normalcy, mobility, and ease, right?

Think of it like peeling an onion. Nobody really wants to do it because we know if we stand too close, it will bring tears to our eyes and force us to close them. But once those tears balance our internal biochemical compounds, we feel better—we return to our normal. We all know onions carry endless health benefits that fight off aggressive germs and keep us alive, yet not everyone wants to get close enough to peel one. The same goes for the good pain of deep healing.

The Truth About Healing

For better or worse, the choice is yours, not mine. It is not my place to convince or judge anyone. I am that onion, whether you like it or not. Onions will just be onions, doing exactly what they are here to do: cleanse your bodily toxicity, even if it brings a few tears. If you know, then you know.

Knowledge is expensive, but ignorance is far more costly. You don't have to know everything, as long as you are willing to invest in someone else's time, energy, knowledge, and know-how for your own health and growth.

"There is no true growth without actual pain."

"Nothing grows inside the comfort zone."

I learned these laws from Mother Nature.

As a therapeutic bodyworker, I witness both the light and the dark sides of humanity every day. Looking back at the brutal fire it took to get me to this point, I can firmly share these absolute truths I’ve lived after 55 years on Earth:

"Knowledge is expensive, but not knowing and ignorance are far more expensive than knowledge."

"Self-love is like a snake shedding its own skin; you must outgrow who you were to become who you are."

"Self-growth is a continuous, lifelong practice over and over again—not a few quiet moments you casually live by."

"Honesty is a very expensive gift. Do not give it to cheap minds who who fail to value its worth."

"Life is not about how much you make. It's about what you make of it."

"Life has no meaning until you give it a meaning."

“Some people mature at fifteen, while most remain a child at eighty.”

"There is no true unshakeable growth without actual pain."
